The earth has given so much for our lives therefore we must be able to come up with something to protect and save our earth. Saving earth can be done in many different ways and energy preservation is one thing we can do to save the earth’s natural energy source out of the extinction. Over the years experts, scientists or researchers have discovered various kinds of alternative energy sources to replace the oils that might soon running out in supply.

BioDiesel Energy is one source energy invention that has been created to replace the oils. BioDiesel Energy is made out of a long chemical process. It is basically made from natural elements and that’s the reason why it’s known as the energy source which is friendly to environment. The natural elements that might commonly used to make the BioDiesel Energy may include vegetable oils, animal fats or we can even make BioDiesel Energy out of the used cooking oils produced from our households or restaurants.

Unlike to traditional fuel or petroleum that may cause us air pollution, BioDiesel Energy is produces cleaner engines emission. When we use BioDiesel Energy it means we can also maintain our vehicle machines since the BioDiesel Energy will help to lubricate the engines.

We all know that that most countries rely on oil as the main source of energy needed to develop their countries. From oils we can produce fuel which id globally used to run vehicles or machines. In order to preserve the natural source of energy for our future therefore human have created many alternatives for energy sources.

BioDiesel Energy is one sources human have created to replace the oils or fuels. Biodiesel is one form of energy source which resulted from natural elements that have been through a very long process of chemical modification naturally. Unlike the petroleum that may cause us air pollution, biodiesel has cleaner emission when it runs the machines or vehicles and that’s the reason why biodiesel is more environmentally friendly. Another benefit given by the biodiesel is that it may lubricate the engines especially when it runs your traditional diesel vehicles or engines.

Biodiesel also has a higher flash point which is 300F while the petroleum may burst at only 125F. Since there are a lot of benefits given by biodiesel therefore many auto manufacturers and specifically transportation companies begin to consider producing the machines or vehicles that apply the biodiesel as the main source of energy.

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is one of the main products of South East Asian countries like Indonesia and Malaysia. Those two countries together supply more than two third world’s CPO needs. CPO is the main source from many food and cosmetic products.

In the present times, there is a growing popularity of CPO followed with the high demand. It is not only the increasing demand of food and cosmetic products but it also the fact that CPO is one of the best materials for biodiesel production. We all know that biodiesel become a new trend for alternative energy. As a result, the CPO price is growing higher. Of course it is directly affected to the high price on palm oil products. Palm oil is one of the most important ingredients of Malaysian and Indonesian culinary, and off course the people of those countries got the worst effect.

It is not only the high food price. High demand of CPO for biodiesel leads to a new environmental disaster. There are a high deforestation rates in both countries and most of them are turned to palm tree estates. Both countries are having bad reputation in deforestation and high CPO price make it worst. It is true that Biodiesel could reduce Carbon Gas Emission, but with the vast deforestation, is it equal with all the benefits of biodiesel?

The world is facing a major threat from global climate chance. There is an increasing awareness on gas carbon emission that is the most responsible for global climate chance. Since oil-based fuel is one that has the most carbon gas emission, we need to find much greener alternative energy resources. Among many alternatives, biodiesel is one of the most favorites.

Biodiesels could replace oil-based fuel in most of industrial and vehicle machineries without major modification and it could be directly applied to them. However, biodiesel leads to a new dilemma. Most of biodiesel are produced from crop plants and as the direct result, the food supply is decreasing and of course, the price is soaring high. But thanks to the new technology, there is an alternative source for biodiesel. It is the cellulosic materials.

Cellulosic materials used in biodiesel production are collected from switch grass, woodchips or other non-edible plant by products. Off course it is need enzymatic process to break complex cellulose on to a simple sugar structures prior to the fermentation process. Cellulosic materials are most common in ethanol production but it is reported that Japanese Government has been initiated commercial scale biodiesel production using grass clipping and wood chips. This could be the solution for both greener alternative energy and food security.

With the increasing awareness of global climate change, the world is looking for alternative energy resource. From centuries we are depending on fossil-based energy but they produce a lot of carbon gas emission, the most responsible cause of global climate change.

Along with green movement, the world turns to renewable resources for alternative energy. Biodiesel is one of them. It provides new energy for diesel-based machine, mostly used in industry, but with less carbon gas emission. However, biodiesel is not that so good to be true. It is true that biodiesel is clean and green but we must remember that it made from crop plants products like crude palm, corn and soya oil.

Yes, it brings dilemma. In one side, there is a high demand of biodiesels and it is good to prevent global climate change. But in other hand, with the use of crop plant products as biodiesels sources, there is a lack of food supply and as a result, the price is soaring high. Off course the most suffering victims are those living in third world country. With soaring food price, their life becomes much tougher. It is true that biodiesel is good for our world, but is it good for humanity? The future will give us the answer.
